The Saratoga Mustangs are an inclusive youth rugby organization running five different teams across Saratoga County.

Youth Flag/Touch Rugby

Players aged 7-9 play flag rugby
Players aged aged 9-11 play 2 handed touch
We play teams from Albany and Glens Falls and games rotate between our home field at Shenentaha Creek Park in Ballston Spa, Dick Green Field in Albany, and Hudson River Park in Glens Falls

Middle & High School Contact Rugby

We are a part of the Capital District Youth Rugby (CDYR) program that consists of players throughout the New York Capital Region
MS starts modified contact at age groups 11-12 and 13-14
HS is full contact at ages 15-19 with JV and Varsity teams
Middle & HS teams are competitive contact rugby and run as regional travel teams with the goal of once again having a full county wide team as we did from 2007-2020
